The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has adopted a final rule that establishes minimum mortgage loan originator licensing standards that states must follow in implementing the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing (SAFE) Act. In order to engage in the business of a loan originator, our employees are required to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLSR) and obtain a unique identifier. These identifiers are listed next to the names of the employees below.
