What is My Express Teller? 

My Express Teller is like an ATM, but better! My Express Teller has the option to speak to a live teller who can assist you through video conferencing. It's just like a Zoom or Skype call, but with a Service First employee! You can use My Express Teller to:

• Deposit or cash a check
• Deposit or withdraw cash
• Make a Service First payment
• Transfer funds between Service First accounts
• Ask questions about your account 

What hours is My Express Teller available?

My Express Teller is available at our Falls Landing branch:

• Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 4:30pm
• Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
• Saturday 9:00am to 12:00pm

My Express Teller can be used as an ATM 24/7.

How do I use My Express Teller?

It's easy! You will have two options to choose from. Touch the screen to talk to a teller, or insert your card to use the ATM.
